I've never made homemade banana cream pie before, but I'm off to do so momentarily.  I'll be putting it in a graham cracker crust, instead.  Wish me luck!

The banana cream pie was a success. But next time, I think I will cook the custard a bit longer, and then skip the baking...the bananas turned a bit brown.
