movies and books and an early father's day

I am temporally challenged. Always have been. Most likely always will be.

This time, we ended up celebrating Father's Day a week early. Better early than late, right?

We went to see a movie, DH's choice: Angels and Demons. While neither Jenny nor Jack are scarred from event, the PG-13 is justly earned...some scenes are rather grisly. After the movie, we went to eat at the Fuddruckers in Ashburn, which nearly ended very badly. It was overcrowded, but that was not obvious from the counter where you order. We place our order, but there is no place to sit. DH wasn't pleased. A manager sort of person (I think) ended up finding a table for us just as DH was about to find someone to hand in the receipt and get our money back. The burgers were good, but not good enough to return to that Fuddruckers...DH has little patience with poor management.

Another entry from the past...I have notes that I posted on my phone and scrips and scraps tucked into the paper journal, so I'll be posting at least one something new sometime this week.

If I were to change anything at all with this, it would be the title.  Maybe to Flower, or Bloom, or maybe Prime.  Titles simply are not my strength.
