These are in alphabetical order, courtesy of the Loudoun County Public Library.   This list is comprised of books left on my library queue from the last two years (the Foreigner series by Cherryh, for example), books that I want to reread, a handful of kidlit that I haven't read yet, and books/writers recommended in journals that I read regularly.  If you think I got the idea of reading something from you, then you are probably correct.  The first books I'll be reading will be Dragonsong, Dragonsinger, and Dragondrums, since Jenny has them out from the library.

movie update

2009 Movies

2. Brothers Grimm  * * * 

I've decided to share my Netflix ratings this year (five star system).  While I enjoyed both Hellboy II and Brothers Grimm, neither was great.  They were both fun, but not much more than that.  Hellboy reminds me of my brother-in-law, and Jack agrees with me.

Next movies will be Mr. Magorium's Magic Emporium, The Mummy, and The Pirates Who Don't do Anything.  Both Emporium and Pirates are for Tiger Claw.  I'm currently on the three movies at home plan, but will scale back to my regular 2 at a time plan by the end of the month. 

Now it is time to let Jack have his turn with the computer, and for me start reading Dragonsong.
