words
10812 if them so far. I'm a bit ahead of the game, which is good. That means over the next couple of days I can do some more rearranging, then "seed" plot points to tie together what I have so far (this is definitely a group of related scenes right now), then start fleshing out the rest of the part. I know where I want this go, I think, but I don't quite have the words to summarize it. It makes me feel a bit like Anana.
movies
Still haven't watched Identity. Did see Looney Tunes: Back in Action. Next up for Tiger Claw is Bedtime Stories. Not sure what is up for home next...it's Jenny's pick, so it might be Bride and Prejudice.
life
I've realized that I'm spending way too much of time on Tiger Claw. I need to find the right boundary. Master J is a friend, and I want to do what I can to help his business, but it's not my business, and I don't have to give as many "free hours" to Tiger Claw as I do. I'll still donate time and stuff, because that's just what I do, but if I keep doing it at the rate I am now, I'll burn out.
On a very positive note, I've finally got around to putting lounge chairs on the small deck (really, it's more of a balcony or lanai in stature). I also actually mulched the front garden and planted some annuals. If I ever get around to figuring out how to upload pictures from my phone to the computer (it came with a USB connection, I just haven't played with it yet), I'll share.
books
I have a lot of unread and partially read books lying around. Color me a pale shade of ADD. In various corners of the house you will find Elizabeth Bear, a handful of health and organization nonfiction tomes, KenFollet, Orson Scott Card, and some kid-lit lying around.
